Sitting on your own private terrace looking out over the valley with a glass of Moroccan Rose in hand, eating olives that have been grown locally, you become entranced by the sounds of the valley; the birds, the gentle trickling of the stream and the sound of the call to prayer that’s carried on the breeze.
“A personal highlight is always dinner on the roof. It’s the perfect spot to watch the changing colours of the mountain that’s at the forefront of the view; as the sun sets it turns a striking red before the moon casts a silvery glow and the sky is lit like someone has pulled a star cloth over it.
